South Davis Soccer Association, d.b.a. Forza Futbol Club has been providing the youth of Utah with recreational soccer since 1979. The Forza Futbol Club Recreational League continues to add to this tradition of excellence in our 33rd year! The Forza Futbol Club Recreational Program is more than just a recreational soccer league; it is a school with a standardized curriculum for developing young soccer players. When children are taught proper soccer skills at an early age, they become more confident players as they grow older; and more importantly, they enjoy playing the game more!

The Forza Futbol Club Recreational Program includes:

• 16 Games, 16 Practices, Full Uniform (Forza Jersey, Shorts, Socks)
• All Recreational Coaches are provided training by Forza Futbol Club professional staff
• Players are taught a standardized skills curriculum at a very young age
• Mastery of technical skills is emphasized, with less emphasis on winning
• Small-sided games, so that each child touches the ball more often
• Coaches have access to online coaching resources
• Parents are taught proper sideline behavior, for a more enjoyable experience for kids

Forza Futbol Club offers players between U4 and U18 the opportunity to play recreational soccer. The season includes scheduled practices, games, along with opportunities to attend recreational camps and clinics. All of our recreational teams are coached by volunteers. Forza Futbol Club’s direction is not to focus on winning or losing, but to place emphasis on the recreational aspects of soccer as a sport, and the quality experience it can provide for the players. This is fulfilled by building a player’s soccer technique and skills in a recrational program with a common set of rules, fun, and good sportsmanship.

Soccer Camps

Work on individual soccer skills by attending our camps specifically designed for the recreational player.  Forza Futbol Club is focused on player development.  We host a complete schedule of soccer camp opportunities throughout the calendar year for recreational players. 

Recreational Registration begins April 1, 2012 and ends June 30, 2012. A $10.00 late fee is assessed for Recreational Registration after June 30, 2012.
