Player Commitment

Academy Player Commitment

  • All training, practices and games are mandatory.
  • Teams will normally play 3-4 times a week, games and training
  • If a player does not train, they may not receive playing time.
  • There is NO GUARANTEED playing time.
  • Playing time is based on attitude, commitment, ability, and merit.

Tournaments

  • Teams will attend 3 – 6 tournaments annually.
  • This will include Mayors Cup over Labor Day weekend, which we host as a club and UYSA State Cup.  Unless other approval has been given by the Technical Director.
  • Each teams Head Coach in conjunction with the Forza FC Technical Director, will select tournaments.

Academy Guidelines

  • All Academy teams will strive to work within the Academy Guidelines and will work in cooperation with Technical Director  will operate within Forza FC’s Bylaws as established by Forza's Board of Directors. .
  • Academy teams will ideally Head Coach, a Team Manager, and a Team Treasurer.
  • Forza FC Technical Director will work in cooperation with the Head Coach to select assistant coaches.
  • The Head Coach will work in cooperation with parents to select aTeam Manager and Treasurer.
  • Forza FC’s Technical Director will appoint all coaches.
